Purchased products from Mtech may be returned within 14 days after the purchase in accordance with the RA legislation.
The buyer has the right to return the purchased products if:
• The purchased product has technical problems, improper quality, or an injury being unused.
• The ordered product does not correspond to the description on the website.
• The buyer has changed his mind about the purchase.
Return Terms
• The buyer can return the purchase if the entire product set and packaging are preserved.
• The product is not subject to return if the buyer used or damaged it.
• Some products prescribed by law are not subject to return.
